Walking Process!!

Do you walk in a proper posture? Walking on in a bad posture makes your feet and back badly and cause many bad influences. If you master the walking in a proper posture, you’ll be able to walk smartly.
The merit isn’t only one. It reduces the stiff shoulders, lower-back pain and knees hurt. And relieve the constipation and your muscle and skin will be fine and you can sleep well. Waist down, baste up and hip up are also the merit.
Then, your feelings will be happy and get positive thinking. Walking makes your life happier. Here’s how.

First, you’ll change lightweight clothing. And it’s important to choice your shoes. The point is fit your feet and absorb damage. It needs room about 5 ㎜~1㎝ between shoes and toes.

Second, supplying the water is also important. You’ll prepare a mineral water or sports drink. The temperature of the water is about 10 degree.
Before walking, you drink one glass of water slowly before 30 to 60 seconds.
In a walking, you drink water regularly and slowly. You drink water per 15 to 20 seconds.

Now, I’ll teach the proper walking. You straighten your back and hold your hand lightly and bend your elbow lightly. You pull in your chin and gaze into the distance. And then, you straighten your knees and toes.
You should always land from the heel. Then, hill, middle, and pull the ground by your toe.

Next is the way of breathing. The beginning of the walking, you breathe in, in and out, out. And after you breathe in, in, in, in and out, out, out, out. Let’s take enough oxygen.
I recommend you the walking early in the morning because it’s not hot and you can refresh. After the training, your body and brain wakes up and you can eat delicious breakfast.
When you walk in the morning, you should check your health and you shouldn’t walk with an empty stomach. It’s good to have light food like a banana, yogurt and sports drink. Also you should stretch.

I’ve also walked last summer and I felt so refreshing. The point of continuing is one, you have purpose; two, you make your own rules; third, you look for your favorite places.
